Picked up Vauxhall Corsa today from their garage in Ashford. Very nice people, no selling pressure. Were happy to let me take the car out for a spin for as long as I wanted. Bought a Mitsubishi Outlander from here in January after struggling to find the next family car. We travelled down and were greeted by a very friendly lad who was very helpful and within an hour or so were on our way home. Unfortunately after a few days we started having issues with the DPF light coming on and took it straight to a local main dealer. Despite checking over it they could not find an issue which initially resolved itself. This issue persisted over 6 months which multiple garages local to myself and this dealer could not solve. Throughout this stressful period the customer service was exemplary with quick clear communication and always helpful to find a solution. To say they went over and above to find a solution is an understatement and based on their customer service alone would recommend this dealer.

Shafiq was really nice, and explained everything to me, he went over all the controls of the car, and even delivered it to me. I was nervous as I hadn’t seen the car, but it was exactly as described. I have a year MOT and service, so all good to go.

I put a deposit on this car stupidly. I have since pulled out of transaction, losing deposit I paid. This company do not have to give me deposit back of which I am aware, however I phoned the next morning and spoke to them saying I was concerned after sleeping on the decision and did not want to go ahead. The car was for my daughter and even though they had only sent car for mot apparently they would not even consider a part refund. We travelled 2 hours to see this vehicle, it was not the vehicle advertised ! Alloys were ruined, and different to those in advert. Car was rusty,

Outstanding service from start to finish. They arranged videos for me to see the car and hear engine as requested as they were not local to me. I was flying in out of hrs to see and collect the car and they made arrangements for me out of hours. I had an EML come on with the first few hours of collecting the vehicle and they were in regular contact with me whilst I was dealing with mechanic and warranty company to sort the issue covering the cost of diagnosing the issue. Rafik was my point of contact and I could not speak higher of his customer service. 5 stars from me would definitely recommend.

Bought a car from here. I was really pleased with the service. I am a new and not very confident driver but they put me at ease and showed me all the 'gadgets' on the dashboard and then drove me to a quiet car park so i could test drive the car without any pressure.
